1-on-1 Personal Training
One-on-One training allows us to meet your needs on a personal basis. Here we can address your personal goals, track your individual progress and support you by providing you with individualized programs, nutritional advice and guidance specific for you.
Small Group Training
Small group training is a way to experience exercise and stay motivated with friends. Here 2-3 clients can exercise together with workouts that can be modified for any fitness level. So get with your friends and have fun as you build strength and endurance and burn fat.
Boot Camp Fitness
We will be starting our WOMEN’S ONLY 6 week boot camp! Conquer a full-body workout with Brittney Davis and get that booty into shape!
Independent Training
With flexible independent training we provide you with workouts to do on your own either at the gym or at home. We will then meet with you once a week, via phone or in person, to track your progress.
