When I first met Eric back in August of 2012, I had already given other trainers and multiple forms of exercise a chance, but had not seen the results I wanted. I have always considered myself an athletic person and grew up playing soccer, basketball, and volleyball. I thought cardio and light weight training was the way to go.

Eric immediately recognized the competitive drive in myself and has pushed me father than I ever thought possible. He has created unique workouts specific to my goals, taught me how to use correct form, and the importance of clean eating.

In the summer of 2013, I started experiencing severe pains in my left wrist. While waiting for the doctors to figure out what was wrong and preparing for surgery, Eric made sure to create workouts that did not put any extra stress on that area. I truly feel that because of Eric’s help before and after surgery, I was able to recover much faster than the doctor was expecting.

Thanks to Eric, I have a new confidence in the gym. I went from being afraid of weight training, to someone who looks forward to lifting heavy on a daily basis. I feel capable of creating workouts on my own and held accountable for my success.

I feel that Eric takes interest in my progress and pushes me to work harder every time we meet, making me look forward to our sessions every week. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking to transform their body and their outlook on exercise.
