In July 2010, I began looking for a gym to join and achieve my fitness goals. One thing that was very important to me was selecting 24 sessions with a personal trainer; I realized I needed expert assistance/guidance to achieve the physical health/looks I desired.

During our first meeting, Eric asked me several detailed questions to determine my fitness goals, eating habits, and past physical history. Then, he utilized all this data to plan his first session for our 24.

He first asked me to keep a detailed account of my daily caloric intake to monitor my diet. It was quickly determined that I needed to make a significant change. My goal was to lose 20 lbs first then work on the muscle gain. With the help of Eric and an intense cardio regiment the weight came off fast.

I was very pleased with the progress after the first 24 sessions. I have been with Eric for over two years now and even with injuries like a dislocated shoulder I have gained nearly 30 lbs of muscle and now have a 6 pack! I am in better shape at 36 than I was at 20!
