I had been going to the gym on and off for years and never making real progress. I found it difficult to maintain motivation to consistently go to the gym and never developed a workout routine that worked for me. I finally decided to try working out with a personal trainer, and it was the best decision I ever made.
Eric developed an effective and efficient workout routine built around my strengths and weaknesses. I have a bad shoulder and his routines helped strengthen my shoulder while avoiding re-injuring it.
He kept me continually interested in learning by fine-tuning the routine and incorporating new exercises as I progressed. Eric also taught me to used proper form while lifting, by demonstrating the correct way to do an exercise and then monitoring my performance and correcting as necessary.
