There are many investments in life and we often wonder if they’re worth the time and money. After training with Eric, I can honestly say this has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made.
Initially I signed up for 6 sessions, and my goal was simply to have him help me continue working out while recovering from hamstring and elbow injuries. But after seeing success, I continued renewing my sessions…for over two years now.
Investing in my health has given me a much healthier lifestyle, 10 pounds of lean muscle, a lower blood pressure, improvements in overall strength, lowered stress levels, and a personal friend that I can count on in and outside of the gym.
He is skilled, sensible and a pleasure to work with. He knows just how and when to encourage and to push me. He continues to challenge me to new levels of success, personally and professionally, and he motivates me to do better knowing how much more I am capable of.
Sometimes those challenges are physical; sometimes they’re mental. He understands that health is not just about physical exercise, but also about proper nutrition, rest and recovery, and a healthy mental and emotional balance.
